Welcome!
Hakuna matata!
*High fives*
Ya found my little DevART hangout. Like the stupid title above, I'm a slightly silly and pretty odd fellow. Here it's all about chilling out, relaxing and being cool to one another. Even getting to enjoy the odd sexy body or three.

I let my guard down and was tagged by

I shall forever regret this. Some rules may have been lost in the transistion between Fern's journal to mine.
==========================
The RULES of the journal tag are as follows:
1. You have to post the rules.
2. Every person who was tagged has to write eight things about themselves.
3. You have to write them in your journal.
==========================
Fact 1. My sitting room has a huge fireplace, made up of miss-shaped red bricks that barely line up, with some grey, yellowly tiles reaching to the ceiling. My parents have hated it since I moved in and often ask when I'm going to knock the thing down. I'm keeping it there because it seems more of a hassel to get rid of it then keep it, plus it feels apart of the house.
Fact 2. There are about 20 buildings on my stretch of the street and all of them are connected to each other. The same is for the other side of the road. Every single house on the street is painted red, all of them except for one, which is a pale yellow colour. Its my house that is coloured differently from the rest. It makes it very easy to find when walking home at night. I really enjoy the fact my house is different from everyone elses.
Fact 3. I live a 25 minute walk away from work, and a 3-5 minute walk away from the nearest supermarket, which is an 24 hour ASDA, except on weekends. To me, this was one of the biggest selling points for the house and paid little attention to how it looked inside.
Fact 4. I own two DVD players, one of them can play American DVD's and the other can play video cassesttes as well as PAL region DVD's.
Fact 5. I have a bad habit of being contradictitory towards anything said or done to/around me. I think it steams from when I was a kid and was repeatidly told to always look at things from another persons perpective but I mostly think its comes from the fact I dislike automatically agreeing with anyone. The same way I seem to hate it when people seem to automatically agree with whatever I say. I kind of think of it like this, if I mostly agree with what someone says, like its "A nice hot day" but it me it might be a bit too hot, I can't just say "Yeah, I agree" or whatever, as I don't 100% agree with what was said. Now this may seem a small thing, but I do it to everything and i rarely completely agree with anyone, so i'm always disagreeing with what people say. Its been one habit I've never been able to stop as I always seem to do it, even when I'm not really aware I am. So if you want a nice agreeable conversation with someone, that someone is probably not me.
Fact 6. I have a small red notebook that has printed on it on a cute pink page: "
Note Desu - The human whose name is written in this note shall die within 150 years" Shall I put your name in it? Ho ho ho.
Fact 7. I recently brought the complete collection of Sherlock Holmes. I have never read any of the stories before despite how well known and how often they are referenced. Two things infulenced this purchace. One, I had just finished reading the visual novel Umineko, a murder mystery set on a island, and Two I had just read several volumes of Detective Conan, a manga about a teenager turned kid detective.
Fact 8. Despite working for sony I still do not own a PS3, nor do I own a Xbox360 or even the Nintendo Wii. I have half heartidly decided that I'm going to skip this genertion of consoles. I don't really feel like playing video games as much any more (when your job has you playing a game for 7 hours a day, it cetainly kills your mood for doing it in your spare time) and nothing has really come out and made me want to spend money buying a console just to play it. However I will be getting the new Castlevania DS game and Persona 4.
